2种方案治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效比较

目的:评价微生态制剂联用质子泵抑制剂治疗由幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染所致消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:选择临床确诊由Hp感染所致消化性溃疡患者106例,按医师用药方案分为A、B组。A组48例,给予双歧三联活菌制剂+雷贝拉唑;B组58例,给予克拉霉素+甲硝唑+雷贝拉唑。2组用药时间均为21d。结果:A组临床症状、溃疡愈合、Hp根除的有效率分别为83.3%、89.6%、87.5%;B组分别为91.4%、91.4%、89.7%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率A组为4.2%,B组为27.6%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:微生态制剂联用质子泵抑制剂治疗Hp感染安全、有效,是值得在临床推广的一种新疗法。

Outcome of Two Therapeutic Schemes for Helicobacter Pylori

OBJECTIVE： To assess therapy effect of microbial ecological agents combined proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of peptic ulcer. METHODS： 106 patients with peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori were enrolled： 48（Group A） were randomly assigned to receive Bifid Triple Viable （BTV） plus rabeprazole for 21 days, and 58（Group B） to receive clarithromycin in combination of metronidazole and rabeprazole for 21 days. RESULTS ： The clinical symptom rate, healing rate of peptic ulcer, and Hp clearance rate in Group A stood at 83.3% ,89.6%, and 87.5%, respectively versus 91.4%, 91.4%, and 89.7%, respectively in Group B, showing no significant difference between Group A and Group B（P 〉0.05）. There was significant differences between the two groups in incidence of ADRs （4.2% in Group A versus 27.6% in group B; P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION： Microbial ecological agents combined with proton pump inhibitors proved to be safe and effective in the treatment of helicobacter pylori, which deserve to be widely used in the clinic.
