| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羊水中氮基酸水平与胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的关系.方法采用己硫氢酸苯酯住前衍生法,测定了不同孕周的孕妇60例、IUGR孕妇18例羊水中氨基酸水平.结果随着孕周的增加羊水中总氮基酸水平逐渐下降,至妊娠足月时达最低水平.IUGR组羊水中总氨基酸浓度明显低于正常孕妇组(P<0.05).结论不同孕周羊水中氨基酸含量不同,IUGR时羊水氨基酸水平含量明显降低.

| Abstract: | Objective:to investigate the relationship between amino acid load in amniotic fluid and intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR).Methods:Amino acid load in amniotic fluid 60 cases of normal different gestation age pregnancy and 18 cases with IUGR were determinated by PI LO TH G.Results:with gestational age's increasing,amino acid load in the amniotic fluid gradudly descend .When term pregnancies,it were the most low west.The concertration of the total amino acid in amino fluid in the patients with IUGR was lower obviously than that in normal pregnant women (P<0.05).Conclusions:Different gestational age amino acid load were different in amniotic fluid.Amniotic acid load in amniotic fluid in IUGR groups were obviously lower. |
