| Abstract: | BackgroundLumbar sympathectomy (LS) is still indicated for peripheral arterial occlusive diseases (PAOD) with critical ischemia beyond any vascular reconstruction. The retroperitoneoscopic approach was proven feasible and effective but its results were never evaluated in larger series. |
