基因重组人表皮生长因子在腭裂修复术中的应用

目的:观察基因重组人表皮生长因子在腭裂修复术中的应用疗效。方法:随机将60例腭裂患者分为两组,其中30例使用基因重组人表皮生长因子的患者为观察组,其余30例未使用基因重组人表皮生长因子的患者为对照组。观察两组患者创面愈合情况、切口疼痛持续时间、饮食情况、术后体温、体重变化及并发症的情况。结果:使用基因重组人表皮生长因子的观察组创面红肿持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组切口疼痛持续时间短,正常饮食恢复早,术后第7天体重减轻明显小于对照组(P<0.001),而术后两组体温变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在腭裂修复时使用基因重组人表皮生长因子,能有效地促进和加快切口愈合,效果好,安全可靠。
