| 摘 要： | 目的 检测孔源性视网膜脱离患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，了解ＲＲＤ患者机体细胞免疫平衡状态。方法 使用单克隆抗体的碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法（ＡＰＡＡＰ）检查５８例ＲＲＤ患者和３０例正常人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，并作对照分析。结果 ＲＲＤ组的ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞的百分数和ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８的比值均比对照组低，差别有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），ＣＤ８细胞数与对照组无差别。结论 ＲＲＤ患者机体的免疫调节功能发生紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cellular immunity situation of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD). Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 58 cases of RRD and 30 control cases were examined using the alkaline phosphatas anti alkaline phosphatase method with monoclonal antibodies. Results The percentage of CD 3, CD 4 cells and the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 were lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The immunofunction of patients with RRD is abnormal and that may be one of the causes leading to lesions. |
