| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑卒中后继发Wallerian变性(WD)与患者运动功能障碍的相关性,以判断患者的康复预后.方法 将80例脑卒中患者根据MRI表现分为WD组和非WD组,分别于病初和病后6个月采用修订的Barthel指数(MBI)对患者的日常生活能力(ADL)进行测评,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)对其运动功能障碍进行测评,并比较两组的测评结果.结果 非WD组FMA提高分值及MBI提高分值明显高于WD组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 脑卒中后继发WD患者的ADL提高较慢、运动功能恢复较差,康复预后不佳.
