什刹海社区儿童发育筛查和追踪调查分析

目的 通过对小儿进行发育筛查,筛出正常或基本正常的小儿在发育上可能有问题的儿童,做到早期发现、早期诊断发育落后的患儿,以便早期干预,将其智力潜能充分地发挥出来.方法 采用国际公认的丹佛发育筛查法(DDST)进行筛查.结果 2009-2010年西城区社区卫生服务中心预防保健科筛查的1 095例散居儿童,筛查阳性 58例,阳性率为5.30%.其中49例进行了复筛,复筛率为84.48%,转市妇幼保健所确诊神经心理发育迟缓8例,发生率为7.30‰.结论 社区开展小儿发育筛查十分必要.可以早期发现问题儿童,早转诊、早确诊、早干预,有利于小儿正常发育.

Neuro-Developmental Screening and Findings among Young Children in Shichahai Community
