| 摘 要： | 目的 了解汕头地区宫颈癌患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染率及基因分型分布情况,探讨HPV基因型与宫颈癌类型的相关性.方法 应用基因芯片技术检测23种HPV基因型.对2006年1月-2008年6月在我院住院并确诊的125例宫颈癌患者宫颈脱落细胞行HPV检测,并统计各基因型的感染率.结果 125例宫颈癌标本中HPV阳性116例,占92.8%.共检测出9种HPV基因型,分别为HPV6、11、16、18、31、33、45、58、59.其中单一低危型(HPV6、11)感染3例,占2.6%;单一高危型(HPV16、18、45、59)感染82例,占65.6%;双重感染22例,占17.6%;多重感染9例,占7.8%.HPV16为主要致病基因型,检出率达59.5%;其次是HPV18,检出率为19.8%.结论 汕头地区宫颈癌患者中,HPV基因型多样,且多为高危型感染,以HPV16、18最为常见,存在双重染感,宫颈鳞癌中HPV感染率明显高于宫颈腺癌,HPV基因分布与肿瘤类型有关.
