| 摘 要： | 目的 研究心理护理对微创介入镇痛术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 宣武医院疼痛中心2009年6月-2010年7月住院行微创介入镇痛术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,共80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,所有患者均接受微创神经介入镇痛术,实验组在微创神经介入镇痛术治疗的同时配合适当的心理护理.采用六点行为评分法(6-point behavioral rating scale,BRS-6)对患者治疗后的效果进行评价,根据患者的治疗效果,0~2分为治疗有效(其中0~1分为治愈,),3～5分患者为无效.结果 经治疗后,实验组治愈26例(65.0%),有效率为81.7%(33例),无效率17.5%(7例);对照组治愈16例(40.0%),有效率为60.0%(24例),无效率40.0%(16例).两组有效率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.94,P=0.026).结论 微创介入镇痛术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的同时配合适当的心理护理措施可以提高临床疗效.
