| 摘 要： | 目前卵巢癌的标准治疗方案是以手术为主,同时辅以术后化疗,手术的目的是尽可能切除肿瘤灶实现满意肿瘤细胞减灭术.当患者出现明显症状时,疾病大多已处于晚期,多数患者无法实行满意肿瘤细胞减灭术;辅助化疗结合间隔手术作为晚期卵巢癌患者的替代治疗方案具有较好的应用前景.本文综述了卵巢癌辅助化疗的研究进展.

| Abstract: | The present standard treatment for,ovarian cancer is optimal cytoreductive operation supplemented with postoperative chemotherapy.However,it is hardly possible to perform optimal cytoreductive operation among patients with overt symptoms,which indicate an advanced phase of the disease.Adjuvant chemotherapy combined with intermittent surgery as a treatment approach for advanced ovarian cancer promises a bright future. |
