| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨64层CT成像在肾盂移行细胞癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2007年10月-2010年4月于我院行手术治疗,术后病理诊断为肾盂移行细胞癌的32例患者的影像学资料及临床资料.结果 本组32例,位于左肾21例,右肾11例.肿瘤横断面最大直径1.2～4.7 cm,平均3.4 cm.Ⅰ型26例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型2例.结论 64层CT成像对肾盂移行细胞癌进行直观立体观察,受肾功能影响小,对诊断肾盂移行细胞癌有重要价值.
