中药不良反应报告分析

目的 对中药不良反应的报告进行分析,探讨中药不良反应特征,为临床用药提供指导.方法 回顾性分析154例中药不良反应与性别、年龄、用药时间、药物剂型和给药途径的关系,并分析不良反应累及的主要系统和器官及其主要临床表现.结果 中药不良反应患者男女构成比比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).不同年龄患者中药不良反应的构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).有73.4%的不良反应出现在用药1 h内,发生不良反应由中药注射制剂引起的占56.5%,主要累及皮肤及其附件.结论 应加强对中药注射制剂的监测,重视中药引起的不良反应,提高临床合理用药,保证用药安全.
