| 摘 要： | 目的对本院输血前患者进行乙肝病毒(HBV)、丙肝病毒(HCV)、艾滋病毒(HIV)以及梅毒(TP)等传染病的检测,了解南平地区输血前患者传染病情况,以防范患者、医务人员院内感染及医疗纠纷。方法采用酶联免疫法对3467例输血前患者进行乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、抗-HCV和抗-HIV检测,同时用梅毒甲苯胺红颗粒凝集试验(TRUST)初筛,梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体试验(TPPA)确证。结果HBsAg阳性率14.74%(511例),梅毒抗体经TRUST法检测阳性率2.11%(73例),再经TPPA确诊阳性率1.90%(66例)。抗-HCV阳性率0.40%(14例)、抗-HIV阳性率0.09%(3例)。结论本地区输血前患者血清4项传染性疾病指标有0.09%～14.74%的阳性率;HBV、HCV、TP感染率高于其他地区;HIV感染率低于其他地区。
