摘    要:目的:分析采用神经内镜Endoport技术切除侧脑室肿瘤的临床应用效果.方法:回顾性分析采用神经内镜Endoport技术治疗的5例侧脑室肿瘤患者的临床资料,其中肿瘤位于侧脑室额角1例、室间孔区1例、三角区3例,分析该技术的疗效.结果:5例肿瘤均全切除.术后病理结果示脑膜瘤3例,毛细胞星形细胞瘤1例,室管膜下巨细胞星形细...

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical experience of Endoport neuroendoscopy in the resection of lateral ventricle tumors.Methods: The clinical data of 5 cases of lateral ventricle tumors treated with Endoport technique of neuroendoscope were retrospectively analyzed, including 1 case of tumors located in the lateral ventricle frontal Angle, 1 case in the interventricular foramina area, and 3 cases in the trigonometry area.Results: All the 5 cases were completely resected.Postoperative pathological results showed meningioma in 3 cases, hair cell astrocytoma in 1 case and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma in 1 case.No tumor recurrence was found in postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 1 year.Conclusion: Endoport technique is safe and effective in the resection of lateral ventricle tumors, with advantages of minimally invasive and good surgical field, and can be promoted clinically.
