| Abstract: | Ibrutinib, as the first-generation Burton"s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, has received extensive clinical attention in recent years, providing a new direction for the treatment of patients with various B-cell lymphomas, especially in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma, highlighting the miraculous effect of reversing the disease. However, the signal pathways related to ibrutinib treatment and the characteristics of some patients with mantle cell lymphoma who benefit from treatment are still unclear. This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 2 patients with mantle cell lymphoma who were successfully rescued with ibrutinib after the line and performed genetic testing, and compared the clinical data and genetic results of two patients with effective chemotherapy. Through literature review, weStried to explain the clinical effect and significance of ibrutinib in the rescue and treatment of patients with IGHV non-mutated and bone marrow metastatic mantle cell,Sin order to improve the understanding of the drug. |
