牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的：观察和评价牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的，临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例，治疗组采用牵引推拿治疗，对照组采用电针合TDP治疗，从临床疗效、JOA评分对两纽进行比较分析。结果：治疗组临床治愈25例，好转32例，未愈39例，有效率为95．00％：对照组临床治愈20例，好转34例，未愈6例，有效率为90．00％，两组有效率有显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：牵引推拿组对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于电针组。
