颈深部脓肿75例临床分析

目的探讨颈深部脓肿患者的临床表现及诊断、治疗经验。方法对2005年1月至2008年6月收治的75例颈深部脓肿患者的，临床资料进行回顾分析。结果颈深部脓肿临床类型有：扁桃体周围肿58例，咽旁脓肿8例，脓性颌下炎2例等。合并糖尿病5例。通过脓肿切开引流术，经颈-纵隔引流术，抗生素等综合治疗治愈72例，死亡3例。结论颈深部脓肿确诊后应及时切开引流，合理应用抗生素，控制伴发病和严重并发症，提高治愈率。

Clinical analysis on 75 cases with deep neck abscess

Objective To explore the clinical features of deep neck abscess and review on experience in its diagnosis and treatment. Methods A respective review was conducted in 75 cases diagnosed as having deep neck abscess in this hospital from January, 2005 to June, 2008. Results The types of deep neck abscess included peritonsiUar abscess （58 cases）, parapharyngeal abscess （8 cases） and Ludwig＇s angina （2 cases）. Five of them complicated with diabetes mellitus. They were treated by different ways for drainage including neck - mediastinum incision and application of antibiotics, 72 cases were cured and 3 cases died. Conclusion Once deep neck abscess is diagnosed, early surgical drainage, appropriate use of antibiotics and control of complications and associated diseases are very important in raising cure rate.
