限制性斜视的临床研究

目的:探讨限制性斜视的临床特征及手术。方法:对42例(56眼)限制性斜视患者,根据不同病因分为3组,应用三棱镜加交替遮盖或三棱镜映光法(Krims法)测定斜视角,进行眼球运动及复视像检查,并观察该斜视手术的治疗效果。结果:限制性斜视的主要临床特征是斜视的方向均与主要牵制肌肉相一致,而与复视像分离最大方位和眼球运动受限最大方位则相反;限制性斜视手术后可以消除或改善复视,尤其是有效解决了第一眼位和阅读位的斜视。结论:限制性斜视的临床特征有助于指导对限制的肌肉做出准确判断和定位并进行斜视手术;斜视手术可改善复视症状、矫正眼位。

The clinical research on restrictive strabismus

AIM:To discuss the clinical feature and operation methods of restrictive strabismus.·METHODS:Forty-two patients (56 eyes) suffered form restrictive strabismus were divided into three groups according to their different causes. The squint deviations of these patients were measured by triple prism combined with alternative covering or Krims method,and the patients’ ocular movement progress and diplopic images were examined,and the therapeutic efficacy of strabismus operation performed on these patients was observed.·RESULTS:The main clinical character of restrictive strabismus is that the direction of all strabismus in line with chief containment muscle,but in contrast to the maximum direction of diplopic images separation and the maximum limited direction of ocular movement; The restrictive strabismus can be eliminated or improved after the surgery,especially the strabismus of primary position of eye and reading steric’s loxophthalmus can be effectively solved.·CONCLUSION:The clinical features of restrictive strabismus were helpful in making accurate decision and location for restrictive muscle and performing the strabismus surgery; Strabismus operation can improve diplopia symptom and rectify the patient’s eye positions.
