摘    要:目的:探讨中国生育年龄妇女月经周期子宫及卵巢的高场强磁共振表现。材料与方法:Eiemens公司的1.5T磁共振仪,对有正常排卵月原22例妇女进行标准和自旋回波序列T1、T2加权成像,测量子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积及卵泡数目并观察子宫及卵巢信号的变化,结果:T1另权像上,子宫各层及卵巢均为无显著差别的中等信号;T2加权像上,子宫由内至外分为4层:高信号内膜层-低信号粘膜下层-中等信号肌氏信号浆膜层;卵巢

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the cyclic changes of MR imaging of uterus and ovary during the menstrual cycle in Chinese bearing aged women.Materials and Methods:Twenty two women with normal menstrual cycle underwent MR scanning with a Siemens 1.5T unit. T 1 and T 2 weighted spin echo and T 2 weighted turbo spin echo images were obtained. Morphologic and signal intensity characteristics of the normal uterus and ovary were analyzed, and the volume of ovary and the number of cysts were recorded.Results: No significant difference was found between the qualities of T 2 weighted spin echo images and T 2 weighted turbo spin echo images. Uterus demonstrated four layers with different signal intensity. The endometrium showed most significant periodical changes. Ovarian cortex and medulla could be distinguished from each other on T 2 weighted images. Functional cysts of the ovary had low signal intensity rims on T 2 weighted images.Conclusion: It is necessary to fully understand the normal changes of MR images of the uterus and ovary during the menstrual cycle when evaluating the lesion of genital system in female.
