益肺健脾手法治疗新冠肺炎医学观察期儿童的临床研究

目的 探讨益肺健脾手法在新冠肺炎医学观察期儿童中的的疗效。方法 收集2020年2月至3月由杭州市儿童医院收治的新冠肺炎医学观察期儿童100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组采用常规西药综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益肺健脾手法,治疗后比较2组患者中医证候积分变化、实验室检查结果变化、病程。结果 治疗组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),病程较对照组缩短(P<0.05),而二组在实验室检查结果方面无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：在西药基础上加用益肺健脾手法能够有效改善新冠肺炎医学观察期儿童各项中医证候积分水平,缓解临床症状,缩短病程,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Clinical study of Lung Nourishing and Spleen Invigorating Manipulation in children during treating COVID-19 Medical Observation Period

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of lung nourishing and spleen invigorating manipulation in children during treating COVID-19 medical observation period. Methods: 100 children of COVID-19 medical observation period in Hangzhou children"s Hospital from February 2020 to March were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was additionally given the lung nourishing and spleen invigorating manipulation on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the TCM syndrome integral changes ,the results of laboratory examination changed and course of disease. Result: The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the course of disease was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in laboratory examination results between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of Western medicine, lung nourishing and spleen invigorating manipulation can effectively improve the level of TCM syndrome differentiation, and relieve clinical symptoms, shorten the course of disease and improve the clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
