聚乙二醇电解质散用于妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备的护理

目的：探讨聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于腹腔镜手术患者术前肠道清洁的有效性。方法：将140例术前需肠道清洁的腹腔镜手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各70例，实验组术前口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液137．15g，对照组口服20％甘露醇溶液250mL，两组患者饮水2000mL。结果：实验组灌肠次数、排便次数少于对照组（P〈O．01），肠道清洁满意率高于对照组（P〈O．01），服药到首次排便时间短于对照组（P〈0．01），服药后总排便时间短于对照组（P〈O．01），肠道准备过程中不良反应少于对照组，术后排气时间短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于术前肠道清洁效果理想，不良反应少且术后排气快。

Nursing of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytic Solution Used in bowel preparation of patients before gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective： To study the bowel preparation effect of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytic Powder on the patients who undergo laparescope operation. Methods： 140 patients who tmderwent the hparoscope operation were randomly divided into two groups,70 cases of control group eath took 137.15g Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytic Powder , 70 cases of observation group took 250 ml 20% mannitel Patients of two groups each took 2000 ml water. Results： There was significant difference between two groups on the entereclysis frequency,the defecation frequency, intestinal cleaning the first defecation time and the total defecation time（ P 〈 0.01 ） .The bowel preparation effect of the control group was satistied .There was significant statistical difference in the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 }. There was little adverse effect in the control group . There was significant difference beteen two groups on the time of evacuatingl P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The bowel cleaning effect of oral Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Solution for Preoperative preparation is satisfactory, hs adverse effect is little and the time of intestine exhanst is early.
