中药当归中微量铅的微波消解—原子吸收分光光度测定法

摘    要:目的 探讨测定中药当归中铅含量时的优化条件。方法 采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定法。结果利用微波消解进行中草药当归的前处理,优化仪器测试的条件,拓宽了有效灰化温度的范围,降低了背景吸收,降低了最大吸光度出现的原子化温度,从而提高了灵敏度及延长了石墨管的使用寿命。该方法线性回归方程为Y=0.0021X+0.0787(r=0.9993,n=3),回收率为98.6%~103.5%,最低检测浓度为0.2μg/L,线性范围为0~80μg/L。结论 方法具有简便、快速、回收率高、精密度高的优点,该法适用于中药当归中铅含量的测定。

Abstract: Objective] To explore the optimized condition for the determination of trace lead in angelica. Methods] Microwave digestion GF AAS was applied for the determination. Results] The application of microwave digestion GF AAS in the pretreatment of angelica optimized the determination condition, widened the range of effective ashing temperature, reduced the background absorp- tion and lowered the maximum absorbance of atomic temperature, thus enhanced the sensitivity and extended the life of the graphite tube ; the linear regression equation was Y = 0. 0021X + 0. 0787 ( r : 0. 9993, n = 3 ) ; the recovery rate was 98.6% - 103.5% ; LOD was 0.2μg/L, the linear range was 0 - 80μg/L. Conclusion] This method is simple and fast with high recovery rate and high precision; it is applicable for the determination of trace lead in angelica.
