| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药青蒿联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者的疗效,探讨青蒿治疗类风湿关节炎的免疫机制。方法选取50例活动性类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组口服甲氨蝶呤10 mg,1次/周;治疗组口服中药青蒿20 g,每日1剂,甲氨蝶呤10 mg,1次/周。治疗12周后观察两组患者的临床病情活动性指标及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为72%,两组比较有显著差异(χ2=24.533,P<0.05);治疗组患者的临床病情活动性指标较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(χ2=0.953,P<0.05)。结论中药青蒿联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效较单用甲氨蝶呤好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of Abrotani Herba and methotrexate treating rheumatoid arthritis and to offer theoretical evidence of Abrotani Herba on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Fifty patients were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with methotrexate 10 mg p.o.q.w.,the treatment group was treated with Abrotani Herba 20 g p.o.q.d.and MTX 10 mg p.o.q.w..Twelve weeks after the treatment,the clinical symptoms,objective signs,laboratory data and adverse reactions of the two groups... |
