我院临床病原菌的分布及耐药性统计分析

摘    要:目的了解医院临床病原菌的分布及耐药性。方法统计分析2007年6月至2008年9月细菌室分离的主要病原菌分布及耐药性。结果 346例标本分离出致病菌株97株,其中呼吸道分泌物分离出的致病菌最多,有31株(占31.96%),皮肤及软组织分泌物分离出17株(占17.53%),泌尿道生殖系统分泌物分离出17株(占17.53%);在检出的97株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌66株(占68.04%),主要为铜绿假单胞菌。结论医院阳性标本中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌居多,其次是大肠埃希菌;铜绿假单胞菌除对丁胺卡那、呋喃妥因、加替沙星和氟罗沙星的耐药率小于40%外,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均大于50%,大肠埃希菌对多种抗菌药物的耐药率均大于50%。
