| 摘 要： | 目的观察核酪穴位注射治疗痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法,将103例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用核酪穴位注射疗法,对照组采用口服盐酸氨溴索治疗。疗程结束后进行症状评分、生活质量评分。结果两组患者治疗后症状均有改善。治疗组患者的生活质量明显改善,治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 核酪穴位注射治疗痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎疗效确切,优于单纯西药治疗,同时可以改善患者生活质量。
