| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合中药熏蒸治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将60例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用电针配合中药熏蒸治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组为83．3％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论电针配合中药熏蒸是一种治疗急性踝关节扭伤的有效方法。
