| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合走罐治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将64例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例。治疗组采用针剌配合走罐治疗，对照组采用单纯针刺治疗，比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分及临床疗效。结果经6个疗程治疗后，治疗组临床疗效和HAMD评分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺配合走罐是一种治疗抑郁症的有效方法。
