| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺对胃肠平滑肌收缩粗肌丝调节机制的影响，并分析此影响与针刺调整胃肠动力的关系。方法将30~SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组（行结肠吻合术）和针刺组，每组10只。针刺组予每日针刺双侧足三针（足三里、三阴交、太冲），连续3d。观察各组大鼠小肠推进率、核扫描胃液相排空实验，取结肠组织检测钙凋蛋白mRNA表达、肌球蛋白轻链激酶表达、平滑肌肌动蛋白表达的变化。结果针刺组小肠推进率、胃半排时间和排空率较模型组有所改善（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。各组钙调蛋白mRNA表达未见显著性差异。结肠平滑肌肌球蛋白轻链激酶表达和平滑肌肌动蛋白表达空白组最高，模型组明显下降，而针刺组较模型组有所上升（P〈0．05）。结论针刺促进术后胃肠动力的恢复可能与提高平滑肌收缩粗肌丝调节机制中的平滑肌肌球蛋白轻链激酶表达和平滑肌肌动蛋白表达有关，与钙调蛋白mRNA表达无关。
