| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合隔姜灸治疗更年期综合征临床疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用针刺配合隔姜灸治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,治疗前后采用国内改良的Kupperman评分标准进行评定,并进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后Kupperman指数与治疗前比较有明显下降（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后患者Kupperman指数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺配合隔姜灸治疗更年期综合征总有效率优于单纯针刺;在改善潮热汗出、失眠、抑郁、肌肉骨关节痛等方面优于单纯针刺。
