摘    要:目的探讨分组PBL带教模式在针灸推拿临床教学中的应用。方法根据上海市第六人民医院针推伤科组织结构特点,将本科实习同学分阶段在"门诊部"和"住院部"进行PBL带教,并与传统实习带教方法进行比较。结果分组PBL带教保证了针灸推拿教学计划的实施,增强了科室对同学工作和学习的管理,提高了同学的临床工作能力和学习能力。结论 "门诊部"和"住院部"有着各自的特点和工作要求,在有限时间内对本科同学进行分组分阶段的PBL教学,与传统师生"一对一"教学方法比较有着很大的优越性,更符合临床教学实际,将对临床教学的深化改革起到参考和借鉴作用。
