| 摘 要： | 目的观察天灸配合药物治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将100例痛风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组采用天灸配合药物治疗，对照组采用单纯西药治疗，1个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98．O％，对照组为58．O％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．01）：治疗组治疗后血尿酸值与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在西药常规治疗基础上配合天灸疗法能够提高痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。
