| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺弹拨法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组采用针刺弹拨法治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组为78．9％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺弹拨法是一种治疗梨状肌综合征的有效方法。
