| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。治疗组采用电针治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，比较两组治疗前后Lequesene功能性疼痛指数（ISOA）和病情严重指数，并判定疗效。结果两组患者治疗后ISOA评分及病情严重指数与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（尸〈0．01，必0．05）。治疗组治疗前后ISOA评分差值与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（户l〈O．05）。治疗组愈显率为82．9％，对照组为60．O％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论电针是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效办法。
