| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将112例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分治疗组和对照组，每组56例。治疗组采用针刺配合康复治疗，对照组采用单纯针刺治疗，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为57．2％和96．4％，对照组分别为37．5％和83．9％，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺是一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法。
