针刺对急性缺血性脑梗死后溶栓效果的影响

目的观察针刺对急性缺血性脑梗死后溶栓的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合药物治疗，对照组仅采用单纯药物治疗，分别比较两组治疗前及治疗后24h、21d、3个月、6个月的疗效。结果两组治疗后24h、21d、3个月、6个月卒中评分量表（NIHSS）评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。两组治疗后21d行格拉斯哥昏迷（GCS）评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后3个月日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺治疗对急性脑梗死后有溶栓效果。
