| 摘 要： | 目的观察银质针温针与普通针温针治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效、止痛起效时间、复发情况。方法将患者随机分为银针组和普通组,观察原发性痛经的临床疗效。结果银针组与普通组治疗后症状总评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,银针组止痛起效时间明显快于普通组,复发率明显低于普通组（均P〈0.01）。结论 银质针温针对原发性痛经疗效优于普通针温针治疗。
