| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药离子导入治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法 86例肺纤维化患者随机分成两组,对照组43例行常规西药治疗,治疗组43例行中药离子导入加用常规西药治疗。观察3个月后两组临床疗效、肺功能及药物使用的安全性。结果治疗组总有效率、肺功能均优于对照组,但无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 以中药离子导入加用常规西药治疗肺间质纤维化有一定优势,可进一步进行研究和评价。
