| 摘 要： | 目的观察温针对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血液动力学的影响和临床疗效。方法将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用温针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,两组均在治疗前后进行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗后血液动力学指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温针对椎动脉型颈椎病的血流速度有明显提高作用,是治疗该病较有效的方法。
