| 摘 要： | 目的观察头穴埋线治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将64例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组31例。治疗组采用头穴埋线法治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评定患者治疗前后的睡眠状况。结果两组患者治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分和各睡眠因子评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后入睡时间与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论头穴埋线能有效改善患者的入睡时间，是一种治疗失眠症的有效方法。
