| 摘 要： | 目的观察艾药并用改善桥本氏甲状腺炎患者免疫功能的疗效。方法通过对艾药组（隔附子饼灸结合优甲乐）和西药组左甲状腺素钠片,即（优甲乐）组间对照及自身前后对照,比较甲状腺免疫功能的差异性。结果艾药组血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）下降率明显高于西药组,经秩和检验均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 应用艾灸与口服左甲状腺素钠片结合治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎可以有效改善患者免疫功能。
