| 摘 要： | 目的观察头针针刺病灶侧和非病灶侧对中风患者脑血流影响的差异。方法30例中风病患者分别采用头针针剌病灶侧顶颞前斜线和非病灶侧顶颞前斜线，利用经颅多普勒（TCD）观察比较两者对患者大脑中、前、后动脉收缩期血流速度的影响。结果头针针刺病灶侧顶颞前斜线和非病灶侧顶颞前斜线均可增加两侧脑血流量，与治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。针刺病灶侧顶颞前斜线治疗后脑血流量与针刺非病灶侧顶颞前斜线治疗后脑血流量比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论头针针刺病灶侧和非病灶侧均可改善中风患者脑血流，临床上选用头针治疗中风患者可取病灶侧或非病灶侧的顶颞前斜线。
