家属参与健康教育对2型糖尿病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨家属参与健康教育对2型糖尿病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我科2013年4月~9月收治的2型糖尿病住院患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各80例。对照组采用常规饮食健康教育。实验组对患者和家属同时进行饮食健康教育。2个月后分别对两组饮食依从性进行相关问卷调查。结果实验组饮食治疗依从性明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论在2型糖尿病人群中,家属参与患者饮食健康教育可帮助其提高糖尿病饮食治疗依从性,从而显著增加糖尿病教育的效果,利于控制糖尿病相关症状,提高其生活质量。

The Effect of Family Members Participating in the Health Education on the Compliance of the Dietary Therapy in the Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Objective To study the effects of family members participating in the health education on the compliance of the dietary therapy in the type 2 diabetic patients. Method 160 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital during April to September 2013 were randomly assigned into two groups using random number table method, The control group（n =80）, were simply given the diet education without their family members＂ participation, while the experimental group（n= 80） were given the diet education with their family members＇ participation during all the treatment process. After 2 months, a questionnaire survey on the compliance of the dietary therapy was conducted in the two groups of diabetic patients. Results The patients in the experimental group showed better compliance than the control group in the diet treatment compliance （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The family members of the diabetic patients participating in the diet education can augment the pa- tient＇ diet treatment compliance, so as to improve the effect of diabetes education and the quality of life in the diabetic pa- tients.
