护理干预对脑栓塞后抑郁患者神经功能康复的效果

目的探讨护理干预对脑栓塞后抑郁患者神经功能康复的效果。方法将2010年5月~2013年5月我院接诊治疗的脑栓塞后抑郁患者86例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期护理干预。并比较两组抑郁情况(HAMD)、肢体功能(FMA)及日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果护理前两组HAMD评分无显著性差异(P0.05);护理后观察组HAMD评分3.14±1.20分,显著低于对照组5.96±2.17分,有显著性差异(P0.05);护理后观察组FMA评分、ADL评分显著高于对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论早期护理干预能最大限度降低脑栓塞后抑郁患者的抑郁程度,提高肢体功能和日常生活能力,对于神经功能康复具有重要意义,为脑栓塞患者尽快回归家庭和社会,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention in Depression after Cerebral Embolism Patients Rehabilitating Nerve Function

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in depression after cerebral embolism patients rehabilitating nerve function.Methods 86 patients with depression after cerebral embolism patients in our hospital from May2010- May 2013 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was used by usual care,the observation group was used by early nursing intervention,recorded and compared the care effect of two groups.Results The HAMD score results before care of two groups was no significant difference（P〈0.05）;he HAMD score results after care of observation group（3.14±1.20）was significantly lower than control group（5.96±2.17）,differences between 2groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the FMA score,Barthel Index of observation group was significantly higher than control group,differences between 2groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early nursing intervention can minimize the extent of depression in patients with depression after cerebral embolism,recovery of limb function and activities of daily living,the importance of neurological rehabilitation for patients with cerebral embolism return to the family and society as soon as possible.
