苍耳子、辛夷药对挥发油化学成分及对抗组胺、五羟色胺所致的皮肤过敏反应

目的 研究苍耳子、辛夷药对挥发油的化学成分及对抗组胺、五羟色胺所致的皮肤过敏反应。方法 通过采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍耳子、辛夷药对中的挥发油，用气相色谱/质谱联用仪测定其化合物，观察苍耳子、辛夷药对挥发油对抗组胺、五羟色胺所致的皮肤过敏反应。结果 从苍耳子、辛夷药对挥发油中测定出28种化合物，药对挥发油具有对抗组胺、五羟色胺所致皮肤过敏反应的作用。结论 苍耳子、辛夷药对挥发油能够对抗组胺、五羟色胺所致的皮肤过敏反应，其抗过敏成分与测定出的28种化合物有关。

Analyses of chemical compositions of herb couple volatile oils extracted from Xanthium Sibiricum Fruits and Magnolia Biondii Pamp and observation of their antagonizing effects on skin anaphylaxis induced by histamine and serotonin in rats

Objective To study the chemical compositions of herb couple volatile oils extracted from Xanthium sibiricum fruits and Magnolia biondii Pamp, and observe their antagonizing effects on skin anaphylaxis induced by histamine and serotonin in rats. Methods Herb couple volatile oils were extracted from Fructus Xanthii and Magnolia biondii Pamp through vapor distilment. The chemical compositions of the volatile oil compounds were determined with a chromatogram/ mass spectrum instrument. The antagonizing effects on skin anaphylaxis induced by histamine and serotonin in rats were observed. Results Twenty eight compounds were identified from the herb couple volatile oils from Fructus Xanthii and Magnolia biondii Pamp. The herb couple volatile oils were able to antagonize skin anaphylaxis induced by histamine and serotonin in rats. Conclusions The herb couple volatile oils from Fructus Xanthii and Magnolia biondii Pamp can antagonize skin anaphylaxis induced by histamine and serotonin in rats. Their anti-allergic components are related to 28 compounds.
