头孢曲松钠诱发性结石症61例相关因素分析

【目的】探索头孢曲松钠诱发性结石症的发生规律和特点，为临床合理使用头孢曲松钠提供理论依据。【方法】检索万方、中国知网和维普三大数据库，收集国内公开发表的头孢曲松钠诱发性结石症病例61例，建立相关数据库并对数据进行分析。【结果】所收集病例的性别、年龄与一般人口比较无显著性差异；平均潜伏期为5．3d；有49例（80．33％）患者出现腹痛症状；59例病例停药后胆囊恢复正常；2例患者一个月后转为真性结石。【结论】临床在使用头孢曲松钠静脉滴注治疗过程中，应密切观察不良反应，一旦发生头孢曲松钠诱发性结石症，应立即停药并进行保守治疗；发现胆石症患者应排除头孢曲松钠诱发性结石症，避免不必要的手术创伤。

Analysis of Correlation Factors of 61 Cases with Ceftriaxone Sodium-induced Pseudolithiasis

[ObjectivelTo investigate and analyze the characteristics of ceftriaxone sodium-induced pseudo-lithiasis in order to provide the references for rational usage. [Methods]Through searching three major databases（including Wanfang, CNKI and VIP）, 61 cases of ceftriaxone sodium-induced pseudolithiasis published in our country were collected. Relevant databases were established and the data were analyzed. [Results]There was no significant difference in gender and age between 61 cases and general population. The average incubation period was 5.3 days, Forty nine cases recovered after stopping taking ceftriaxone sodium, but 2 cases turned to true stone a month later. [Conclusion]The adverse reactions should be closely observed when intravenous eeftriaxone sodium is applied in clinics. Once ceftriaxone sodium-induced pseudolithiasis happens, ceftriaxone sodium should be immediately discontinued and the patient should receive the conservative treatment. Patients with cholelithiasis should be excluded from ceftriaxone sodium-induced pseudolithiasis in order to avoid unnecessary surgical trauma.
