单纯声带肿瘤切除术治疗声门型喉癌

目的：最大程度地保留和恢复声门型喉癌术后患者的生理功能，提高其术后生活质量。方法：自1998年—2003年对23例声门型喉癌或室带、勺区受侵犯的喉癌患者，采用声带切除或声带切除加部分室带、勺区肿瘤切除，利用室带、勺区黏膜修复创面成型喉腔，术后加放疗的方法治疗声门型喉癌。结果：术后3年生存率100％，术后5年随访，除1例未满5年仍在随访外，其余22例均未见肿瘤复发。术后发音功能良好。结论：声门型喉癌采用声带切除术加术后放疗是一种较好的微创治疗方法。

Cordectomy for Treatment of Golttic Laryngocarcinoma

Objective: To do our best to reserve and restore postoperative function of patients with glottic carcinoma of larynx and improve the patient's life. Method: From 1998 to 2003, 23 cases with glottic laryngocarcinoma or invaded ventricular bands or ventricular laryngis received cardectomy or cardectomy with partial ventriculocordectomy. Mucosa on ventricular bands and in aryepiglottic region was used to perform laryngoplasty, and postoperatively radiation was added. Result: 3 years postoperative survival rate was 100%. At 5 year's follow-up, except for 1 case whose postoperative duration was shorter than 5 years, recurrence was not found in other 22 cases, with good voice function in all cases. Conclusion: Cordectomy and postoperative radiation was a good minimally invasive method for glottic larygocarcinoma.
