健康教育在脑卒中患者整体护理中的效果评价

目的探讨健康教育在脑卒中患者整体护理中的效果评价。方法随机选择脑卒中住院病人320例，对患者及家属进行系统性健康教育，分析效果及评价结局。结果病人及家属对实施健康教育满意度100％，知晓率95．0％。2年内复发12例，占5．17％，3～4年内复发32例，占13．8％。结论对脑卒中患者及家属进行系统性的健康教育，能提高患者对诊疗的依从性和能动性，从而减少疾病复发，降低致残率，提高患者生活质量。

Effects and evaluations of education on the patients with stroke during the holistic nursing

Objective To probe the effects and evaluations of education on the patients with stroke during the holistic nursing. Methods 320 cases of stroke patents in hospital with their families were choosen and given systematicness health education. The effects were analysed and the results were evaluated. Results The satisfied rate of carrying out health educations to patients and their families was 100% and the awareness rate was 95%. 12 cases（5.17% ） of recurrence within 2 years, 32 cases（ 13.8% ） of recurrence within 3-4 years. Conclusion Stroke patents with their families were given systematicness health education, it could inhanced the diagnosis and therapeutic compliance and motility of paitents, and should reduced the relapse of disease and abate the rate of disability and improve the life quality.
