复位对跟骨骨折预后的临床评价

1975年～1995年,作者治疗223例跟骨骨折,复位时未特别强调X线测量角的纠正,采用石膏固定和积极的康复治疗。随访162例,平均随访时间5.5年。Bohler′s分型:Ⅰ型骨折32例,Ⅱ型骨折130例。患者功能恢复满意84.2％,没有要求再次手术治疗者。随访结果表明复位时Bohler′s角和Gissane角的纠正对跟骨骨折的预后没有明显影响。

Clinical Appraisal of Reduction for Prognosis of Calcaneal Fracture

From 1975 to 1995,223 cases of Calcaneal fractures were treated. It did not emphasize the correction of Bohler's angle and Gissane angle during reduction. Plaster cast and active rehabilitation were performed. One hundered and sixty-two cases were followed up for average 5. 5 years,type I 32 and type I 130 of Bohler's classification. The excellent and good results were seen in 84. 2%,No patient required surgery again. The authors considered that the correction of the Bohler's angle and Gissane angle which would not influence walk and function rehabilitation during calcaneal fracture reduction and was not emphasized.
