小儿股骨颈骨折远期并发症

报告44例获得2年以上随访的小儿股骨颈骨折远期并发症。认为并发症的发生与骨折类型、暴力大小、治疗方法及受伤年龄相关。提出经牵引复位后在X线透视下经皮穿入3～4枚克氏钉固定,再用保持髋关节轻度外展内旋位的髋人字石膏外固定术较适于小儿股骨颈骨折的治疗。强调对并发症的预防措施在伤后即应实施,治疗后定期复查、延迟负重及合理的家庭护理对预防并发症有重要意义。

The Long Term Complication of the Fracture of the Neck of Femur in Children

The authors reported the long term complications of the fractures of neck of the femur in 44 children,and they were followed up for more than two years. The results showed that the complications were directly related to the type of fracture, the degree of violence, the method of treatment, and the age of children. A better treatment method was as follow; After traction and reduction, under x-ray radioscopy 3-4 Kirchner's wires were dived into the femoral neck across the skin for fixation,and then external fixation with plaster of paris applied to keep hip joint in slight abduction and internal rotation. Authors stressed that the precaution measures against complications should be taken immediately after injuries, and periodic examination, postponed weight load and rational family's attendance were very important in prevention of complications.
