| Abstract: | Froth-six cases of spastic cerebral palsy treated with high selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR) were reported. Among them,thirty-four were followed up from six months to two years and two months with an average of fourteen months. The results were evaluated with the criteria of the functions of gait and holding spoon. The rate of excellent and better result is 97. 1%. Authors described the modification technique of SPR in this paper. The prevention of complications and the technique were discussed in detail. |
